Sponsoring a dog enables us to continue to provide a safe, warm environment for our dogs. Some dogs are not rehomable, or are going through a lengthy rehabilitation programme with us.

If you can't adopt.
You can still change everything.

Sponsoring a dog enables us to continue to provide a safe, warm environment for our dogs. Some dogs are not rehomable, or are going through a lengthy rehabilitation programme with us.

We are run entirely on donations and your sponsorship really helps us to provide food, vet care, flea and worm treatments, support with training, supply tasty treats, wash our dogs bedding and anything else that may be needed. Some dogs are waiting in kennels for a foster placement which comes at a huge cost to us as a small rescue.

Caleb

Caleb is extremely lucky to be alive after his owner took him to be put to sleep and we intervened just in time. He's a big, friendly, goofy, and playful lad who loves people and absolutely deserves a second chance at happiness.

Luna (Chow)

Luna the Chow is a bundle of fluff and personality who makes us laugh every single day - we can't understand why she hasn't found her family! She's happy, exuberant, and just so funny, and she loves her human friends dearly.

Gus

Our giant, fluffy Gus has had the worst luck finding a forever home, coming back to us three times. He's a beautiful, excitable boy who is now in an experienced foster home getting the training and love he needs to find his family.

Penny

Penny was found in a Romanian public shelter with both front legs badly broken. After surgery, lengthy rehab and endless love, she has grown into an amazing, resilient, and super happy dog who loves giving you her paw over and over again.

Shandy

Our beautiful princess Shandy has been with us since November 2020. After a painfully slow journey she has grown into the most confident, wonderful girl - always first up for cuddles and snacks, and always chatting away to us!

Luna

Luna is a super special girl who has all of our volunteers wrapped around her paws. She's a happy dog who adores her High Hopes family almost as much as she loves belly rubs and cuddles, and we are working to help her find her forever family.

Lady

Lady is Lacey's sister and arrived terrified of humans, having most likely never been touched before. She loves her foster friends, is mad about rope toys, and we're slowly winning her trust at her own pace.

Sally

We spotted Sally in Lancram public shelter in Romania where she had already spent 8 months looking like she had given up on life. She's still quite shut down and will need rehabilitation before she can be rehomed, but she is safe with us.

Ava

Female

Our lovely but misunderstood girl Ava has been let down so many times by humans that she struggles to trust anyone new. She is extremely loving with people she knows and trusts, and just needs the right patient family.

Toby

Aka Mr Bean! Toby came to us three years ago almost feral and terrified of people. Slowly but surely we've won him round - he's now a huge, bossy character who adores his larger friends and loves playtime.

Maddy

Poor Maddy has been with us for nearly three years and has been returned twice. She's a high-energy, exuberant character who absolutely dreams of a home one day and deserves all the wonderful adventures she's missing out on.

Lacey

The very cheeky Lacey came to us completely shut down after being rescued from one of Romania's notorious public shelters. Nearly 18 months on she has turned into the most wonderful girl who loves to play and is full of life.

Daisy

Daisy was returned to us over two years ago and has spent the last 18 months in kennels. She is an absolute sweetheart - loving, loyal, and in need of an experienced owner who will finally fall in love with this beautiful girl.

Dottie

Our lovely little sass queen Dottie was rescued from Romania while heavily pregnant. Her pups have all been adopted but Dottie is still learning to trust humans after spending months completely shut down - she is making wonderful progress.

Moon

Moon is our giant goofball and a permanent resident at High Hopes. He's 55kg of fluff and loveliness but he is scared of so many things that we don't think he will ever move forward to find a forever home - so he's ours for life.

How sponsorship works.

Three steps and you're someone's hero.

01

Choose your dog

Read their story, find the one who pulls at your heartstrings. Every dog below needs you equally — it's just a matter of which one you can't say no to.

02

Pick your amount

From £5 to £25 a month — whatever you can manage. Click the amount on the dog's card and we'll walk you through setting up a bank transfer or PayPal.

03

We'll keep you posted

You'll get a thank-you card and regular updates from your dog's foster carer or kennel. Seasonal cards, little wins, big milestones — you're part of their story now.
