Aliza was adopted as a puppy in 2021 alongside her mother and siblings. She was returned to High Hopes Dog Rescue in February 2024 and has since spent over 18 months in kennels.
Aliza takes a while to warm up to new people. However, through consistent daily work by the kennel team during her settling-in period, she has made significant progress and is now ready for adoption.
Aliza requires a doggy friend for company – they must be playful as she loves to play! She would thrive in a quieter, not busy household with patient humans who will allow her the time to adjust and relax into home life again.
Aliza is a beautiful and sweet girl underneath a lot of anxiety and we want more than anything for Aliza to feel safe again. Multiple meet-and-greet visits are required before placement. Her next home needs to be forever.
